- refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities;
- update pricing, specifications, and availability.
2. Product & Service Disclaimer
Snow General operates as a white-label AC brand offering products sourced from OEM manufacturers. Specifications may vary due to supplier updates, product improvements, or
regional compliance standards. Installation services may be provided directly by Snow General or through authorized partners.
We do not guarantee:
- exact color match, as screen settings may affect display;
- availability of specific models at all times;
- compatibility with third-party installation or unauthorized modifications.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to confirmation, stock availability, serviceability of the delivery address, and successful payment authorization. We may cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, stock limitations, compliance concerns, or logistics constraints.
Ownership of the product transfers only after full payment has been received and cleared
4. Installation Policy
Once installation is completed, the product is deemed accepted, non-returnable, and nonrefundable, except where required under applicable law or where Snow General confirms a
covered manufacturing defect.
This is a critical condition of sale because installed air conditioning units can no longer be verified as new, unused, and resalable.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snow General shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, or delays caused by third-party logistics providers, contractors, or installers.
Our maximum liability in connection with any order, product, or service shall not exceed the value actually paid for the relevant purchased product or service.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, website layouts, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Snow General. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
