1. Delivery Coverage
Snow General delivers across the United Arab Emirates and may deliver to selected GCC regions where service is available.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is typically completed within 2 to 5 working days, but timing may vary depending on customer location, stock availability, weather conditions, public holidays, seasonal demand, and operational constraints.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, installation charges, and any related fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. These charges are non-refundable once the relevant
service has been attempted or completed.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues before signing or acknowledging receipt where possible.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because of customer unavailability, incorrect address details, access restrictions, or rescheduling requested after dispatch, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.
6. Returns & Refunds
If installation has not been done: return requests may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in fully resalable condition.
In such approved cases, the customer must bear:
- outbound delivery charges;
- return pickup charges;
- any loss in value resulting from handling, opened packaging, missing accessories, or nonresalable condition.
If installation has been completed, no return and no refund will be accepted for change of mind, convenience, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a confirmed covered defect.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
- installed units;
- used or activated products;
- products with missing packaging, manuals, or accessories;
- custom orders, special procurement items, or items damaged after delivery.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
