1. DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Any dead-on-arrival or non-functional product claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or first authorized installation attempt. Claims should include photos or videos and the original packaging should remain intact where possible.
Eligible cases may be resolved by replacement or repair at Snow General’s discretion, subject to inspection and verification.
2. Installation Damage
If installation is performed by Snow General or an authorized service partner, damage directly caused during covered installation work may be addressed under the applicable service warranty or service correction process.
If installation is performed by a third party, warranty coverage may be limited or void where the damage or malfunction results from that installation.
3. Usage Damage
The following are not covered unless otherwise required by law:
- misuse, negligence, abuse, or accidental damage;
- voltage fluctuations, electrical faults, or environmental damage;
- improper site conditions or improper installation;
- unauthorized repairs, dismantling, or modifications.
4. Repair Terms
Repairs may be carried out using original parts or equivalent compatible parts, depending on availability. Repair timelines depend on spare parts availability, diagnostic complexity, technician scheduling, and site accessibility.
5. Warranty Limitation
Warranty coverage is limited to functional defects in workmanship or materials, subject to the applicable written warranty terms. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, ordinary wear and tear, consumables, or non-functional surface imperfections.
